Delivery is guaranteed! If your shipment is lost or seized we will reship your item at once at our own expense. Your purchases will be sent directly by courier to your doorstep. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your parcel.

3 .We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if you provided us with an incorrect address.

Shipping is free to the UK, Ireland, USA, Western Europe, and North america. The following destinations will be charged for shipping fee: africa, South and Central america, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Currently we do not ship to the Asia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Indonesia. You can track your parcel by clicking on these links below; you will be notified as to which courier service we used in your confirmation mail. If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped using USPS and you should track at www.uggbootsale2uk.com. If your tracking number starts with Ea then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.

Returns

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each of our items is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately at sales@uggbootsale2uk.com. We will then provide you with instructions on where to return your item(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. Please take under consideration that the returned package will be returned to the address we provide you with. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to Three business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
